NeuroGems is a non-profit organization that provides education and resources to empower Jewish families impacted by a neurodegenerative diagnosis. We provide 1:1 consultation services to create individualized protocols. Additionally, the NeuroGems website provides our community with updated research on therapies, nutrition, and resources to empower people to make positive choices on their health journey.

Charles Thomas Fitness Coaching Director
Charles has been practicing Health and Fitness Coaching for the last fifteen years. He is a practitioner of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Dance, and an accomplished Yoga Instructor. Charles has honed his particular Coaching Practice, drawing on elements of Strength and Weight Training, Yoga, Tai Chi, Boxing, Breath Control, and Mindset Training.
